Seniors Group Fitness
Many of our 50+ year old members choose to join in our regular group fitness classes and push themselves a bit harder.
Others though, prefer the slower and more relaxed pace of our specific senior sessions.
The sessions are a combination of light cardio and strength with the aim of improving both your physical and mental health.
The opportunity to start using more of your muscles and joints again along with training beside the friendliest seniors on the border ensures the benefits are enormous
