Sporting Groups

Group Fitness is a great option for sporting teams.

Group Fitness is a fantastic way to build fitness up during the pre-season phase of a team’s training and is also a fantastic alternative to break up the rigours of regular training to help keep squads motivated and engaged.

Teams/Clubs are welcome to join in our regular daily sessions as per our current timetable or we can tailor a session away from the facility to suit your specific needs and goals.
