In only a short time Jane has gone from a nervous rider, being very new to Bike Riding, who now enjoys a regular ride of over 6km while always trying to push as hard as she can.
Jeff loved his 10km today around the Murray River today and he thrived on the thrill of trying to be the leader of the riding pack.
PT Fitness now has Bikes available for Individual and Group Rides with the Support of our Staff.
